Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any GOFILTR products purchased from GOFILTR.com can be returned for a full refund (subject to a 20% processing fee* per order) or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging, and be returned without:
- Signs of use, washing, or improper care
- Damage, stains, scratches
- Include all components
- Infusers must be in original packaging, one opened GOFILTR infuser is acceptable and it will go through usage test to determine amount of times it's been used to avoid fraudulent returns or exchanges
- In case of defect and damage we must receive damaged item along with any other components your order arrived. this way we can properly inspect, identify defect and issue appropriate refund or exchange product
All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and in many cases rigorously tested especially in event of a specific claim, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded.
Note: Returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging that will prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. Please ensure to keep shipping label receipt in case damage occurs during transportation, please work with the shipping provider to receive compensation for damages in such instances.
All refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used during purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@gofiltr.com with order ID or the receipt or proof of purchase. We cannot process returns or exchanges for products purchased outside GOFILTR.COM. Please attach reason for your return and in case of defect and/or damage please provide damage description and a picture of the damage. In some cases we are able to resolve issues through simplified return process. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Custom orders, engraved items and free products are not refundable. Opened products are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are non refundable.

Product Claims
We rigorously inspect and test all returned products for effectiveness, damage, and defects. If your return is due to a specific claim, our team will perform additional tests, replicate steps taken to verify claim/product effectiveness, etc. If our team concludes that your return claim was made due to a user-error or is fraudulent we reserve the right to take additional legal actions, report to appropriate authorities and/or deny refund up to 100% of price paid. Fraudulent claims resulting in legal actions will hold buyer responsible for any and all testing and legal fees.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
*At this time, we are only able to provide return labels for customers residing in the US. Customers residing outside the US are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping labels.
